SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 

 

Shipping 

Customer pays for all shipping fee.

We prioritize shipping out order as soon as they are Ready.

 

Return Policy 

All Sale Items are FINAL.

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized. (within 5 business days of receiving your order)

There will be a 30% stocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped.

Items must be in their original pacakge including tags.  All Refunds will apply to ONLINE STORE CREDIT.

No Exceptions.

Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order as long as your order is stll in progress. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. Refunds will only given as "ONLINE STORE CREDIT". Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
