I can’t find an item I previously ordered on your site…
If you cannot find an item on our website that you have previously ordered, it is likely sold out and no longer available. If you’d like a special order a style you do not see, please contact us for details.

Do your items come carded? 
All Scarlett merchandise that is applicable comes on the following jewelry cards. Bangles, wide cuff bracelets, rings do not come carded.

What do I do with damaged or defective merchandise?
